Steven and I had Vietnamese spring roll and Korean Bibimbap. I wasn’t able to take a photo of the spring roll and Bibimbap but these are the ingredients. That’s yummy enough for Yummy Sunday!
To make Peanut sauce for the spring roll:
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 pc garlic, minced
Blend all ingredients. You can add a little chilli oil too, if you want.
