My very own “Kimchi“! I made some tonight because I just suddenly missed it after talking to a good friend who is from Korea. She and I met in Phuket, Thailand and while she was there she asked her mom to send her some kimchi coz she misses it. She let us try some. At first, it tasted really weird for me until I got used to it and came to like it a lot! We haven’t spoken to each other for a while. So when we finally did, I asked her how I can make kimchi. I bought the ingredients today and made it. I love it! It’s so nice especially with fried fish called Galonggong. It’s a type of fish in the Philippines where people call it fish for the poor because it’s so cheap. However, before I left, the price of Galonggong fish is getting higher. Pretty soon it will be come the fish for the rich, haha!
