I am still maintaining my weight which is not good. I’m trying to find ideas on how to burn fat the easy way. The hard way is to exercise but it is the best way. Also, being discipline with what you eat is really important. I just had ice cream and a slice of chocolate cake from last night. Yes, I know. It’s not good. I have to be really careful. I am now getting older. It’s important I stay healthy for myself and for my husband.
I just got an email a while ago saying that boiling water with honey and cinnamon and then drinking it when you wake up and before sleeping will help you lose weight. I’d like to try it. I’m just a little lazy to do it.
