I’m a Filipina married to an American who is also a rice addict. He can have rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never have a problem cooking for him because he always appreciates what I make, good or bad.
This blog will be my official food blog where I post recipes and photos of the food I make. I am no chef or food expert so I get my recipes online and in cookbooks. I love sharing it to people. Hope you will try and enjoy them as well as I did!

I am Irish American – father from Co. Offaly, mother’s parents from Co. Cork – married to a ‘paddy’ from Galway but I TOO AM A RICE ADDICT!!!
LOL – never thought of it as an addiction but I can (and do if I get the chance) made worse after discovering how to make onigiri!!
Is there any hope for me??
Just discovered your blog – it looks fun and I am enjoying exploring it.
LOL! Yes, there is still hope but it’s like a suffering not to be able to eat rice but you’ll get over it. I’m glad I am not alone!
Aisha I love broccoli so this dish looks yummy, I’m going to try it, just remember it better be good, I know where you live LOL
Yes, Aisha can eat a big pot of rice all by herself with only vinegar, salt and chili as viand.
