I saw this photo of this very interesting house. If you can’t tell, it is shaped like a tea cup. It is one of few metal buildings that I have ever seen outside of the Philippines. And this design is quite different than a house made of sheet metal.
I wonder if a man or a woman chose this design. Whether a man or a woman, they certainly were eccentric. And the contractor who actually put it together must have gotten a big paycheck for this one.

Check – Up July 15, 2010
I had my check up with my midwife yesterday. Everything is okay with the baby. I’m excited to have my ultrasound in 2 weeks to find out the sex of the baby. The only warning the midwife had for me was to say that I need to control my weight gain because I’m gaining weight too quickly. Everyday I see ads that say click here for lipozene information or other similar statements and I wish I could use something like that, but now I have the baby’s health to be concerned with.
Steven said he’ll help me control my calories by teaching me how man calories are in certain foods and foods that I should stay away from.
Eating The Right Food July 15, 2010
I need a quick weight loss regimen or something will not make my weight go up too fast. I have to really control so I won’t become too big and I also don’t want to become diabetic. It’s really scary. Steven is teaching me what to eat and the different varieties. I love it that he cares for me a lot and helps me. He eats really healthy food so I am not tempted to eat bad food. Love him for that!
Gaining Muscles July 9, 2010
It’s really amazing how Lebron James got so much attention when he announced which team he is going to play. My husband and I did watched, well, I just watched it so I could be with Steven. I asked him about hgh and if athletes use it and he said some may be using it in order to gain muscles. It won’t show in your system but I guess it may be considered cheating too. Some people just don’t have the patience to gain muscles slowly.
Pregnancy Fat July 9, 2010
I am not into weight loss right now since I’m pregnant. I know I’m really gaining a lot of weight because of it but Steven promised me that he will help me lose weight after the baby’s born. Gaining really scares me because I don’t want to buy new clothes anymore. I want to be able to wear what I have and not spend anymore. Hope I won’t gain so much.
Buying Car July 1, 2010
It is hard to buy a second-hand car especially when you don’t know the person selling the car to you. I’m glad it’s easy to find carinsurancelist over the internet and be able to just get an insurance online too. That’s what Steven did when he was helping his brother with his car insurance. He just went online and got a really good deal. I’m just glad it’s easy to get one.
Back to School July 1, 2010
Steven is back in school now. It’s hard for both of us because he is so busy having to work full-time and then also try to fit in full-time school. Also, Steven gets very stressed out with the workload that he is carrying.
But he’s studying some very interesting topics in his Anthropology major. Right now he is studying about Mesothelioma…errr, Mesopotamia. hehe. It’s a very difficult history course that he’s taking, but I like to look at the different artifacts found in that region in his textbook.
Often we think of the people from 5,000 years as being unsophisticated, but that is simply not true. These civilizations may not have had electronics but they were just as sophisticated as we are today.
Don’t Get Caught Without It July 1, 2010
There are certain items that are essential to any household–at least western households. And there is one very item that you do not want to run out of because it just might happen at a very inopportune time: toilet paper. Well, we bought toilet paper but Steven left it at the checkout stand, right next to the receipt printer. I’m not sure how he didn’t see a giant pack of toilet paper. But somehow he missed it.
Thankfully, I called the grocery store and they said we could just show our receipt next time and they’ll replace it for us. I’m really glad businesses are mostly honest here.
Checking Your Background July 1, 2010
If I compare employment screening in the Philippines and America, there’s a huge difference. I’m glad I don’t pay for background check here when I got hired. It’s really expensive, I paid for it when I was still in school. Of course, they could hardly find anything about me because I haven’t stayed here for a long time. In the Philippines, we only go to the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) depending on the city where you live and just get a background check. You have to wait one whole day just to get one. In America, you can just go online, fill up some forms and pay. It’s really easy because you’ll get the results by mail. I like that better.
